仅有的男生合唱的核心价值观:真理，正直，兄弟会。惠顿学院男子合唱团由世界各地在惠顿学院的学生组成，具有传统精神，已有111年历史，直到今年合唱团的合奏继续为本地观众演出。它的组合型音乐也具有独特的活力与团队精神，在2012年在法国和2016年美国“春之旅到达拉斯/沃斯堡”演出。无论是欢快的节奏、巴赫的魔曲、俄罗斯的赞美诗，还是一首朗朗上口的世俗歌曲，惠顿合唱团欢乐的欢乐声音一定会给每个人带来震撼。

The Wheaton Choirwhich consists of students from Wheaton Collegehas the history of 111 years. In the spirit of traditionthe choir continues to give wonderful performances for local audiences this year. Its combined music is full of unique validity and team spiritwhich was respectively performed in France in 2012and the event named“The Spring Tripin Dallas/Fort Worth" in the USA in 2012. No matter the cheerful rhythmBach's Hymn ,Russians Anthem or a piece of well-known classic musicWheaton will surely bring the auditory shock to everyone.
惠顿合唱团拥有111年的悠久历史，由惠顿学院的学生组成。本着保持传统的精神，合唱团至今为当地观众上演精彩节目。合唱团音乐内容丰富，充满独特的活力和团队精神，2012年分别在法国和美国名为达拉斯-沃斯堡春之旅活动中演出。无论是欢快的节奏，还是巴赫的赞美诗，俄罗斯的国歌或者朗朗上口的经典曲目，惠顿合唱团一定会给每个人带来听觉上的盛宴。

Mary HopperProfessor of Choral Music and Director of Performance Studies at the Wheaton College Conservatory of Music conducts the Wheaton College Men’s Glee Club and the Women’s Chorale and is a frequent conductor for the Wheaton Opera production. Both of her choirs have appeared on ACDA conferences. The Women’s Chorale has been invited to sing at two National Conferences (Salt Lake City and New York City) and four Central Division Conferences including a 2012 appearance in Fort Wayne. The Men’s Glee Club appeared on the 2014 IMEA conference under Dr. Hopper’s leadership. She has toured both nationally and internationally with both choirs.
Dr. Hopper is currently National President of the American Choral Directors Association and was conference chair for the ACDA 2015 National Conference in Salt Lake City. She has served ACDA on the state and division levels since 1983 when she was a member of the planning committee for the Central Division convention. Since then she has held positions as Central Division Women’s Choir R & S ChairIllinois State TreasurerIllinois Newsletter EditorIllinois State Presidentand Central Division President.
She has been honored by Wheaton College with a Senior Teaching Achievement Award and the Distinguished Service to Alma Mater Award. In 2014 Illinois ACDA awarded Dr. Hopper theHarold A. Decker Awardin recognition and appreciation of the significant contribution she has made to choral music.

玛丽•霍珀是惠顿学院音乐学院合唱音乐系教授、表演研究系主任，惠顿学院男子合唱团和女子合唱团指挥，惠顿歌剧的常任指挥。她带领的男子合唱团和女子合唱团曾在美国合唱指挥协会（ACDA）大会上登台表演。女子合唱团曾受邀在两场美国合唱指挥协会全国会议--盐湖城会议和纽约会议，以及四场中央部门会议上表演，例如2012年在印第安纳州韦恩堡的亮相。曾带领男子欢乐合唱团在2014年伊利诺伊音乐教育家协会会议上登台表演。两个合唱团在她的带领下在国内外进行了巡回演出。
玛丽•霍珀博士目前是美国合唱指挥家协会（ACDA）的主席，曾任2015年盐城湖美国合唱指挥家协会全美大会的会议主席。自1983年起担任该协会中央部门会议计划委员会成员以来，在州级和区级的美国合唱指挥家协会工作过，并先后担任过中央部门女子合唱团 R & S主席，伊利诺伊州财政员、时事编辑、州主席和中央部门主席。
惠顿学院为她颁发了高级教学成果奖和杰出母校贡献奖。2014年伊利诺伊州美国合唱指挥家协会授予她哈罗德 A•德克奖，以表彰她在合唱音乐做出的重要贡献。
