INTRODUCTION
简介
Cadet College Petaro is an educational institution from grade 7 to grade 12 in Jamshoro District of the southern province of Sindh in Pakistan; about 20 miles (32 km) from Hyderabad. Its campus occupies over 700 acres (2.8 km2) on the west bank of the Indus River on the road from Hyderabad.
凯迪特•佩特罗（Petaro）学院位于巴基斯坦辛德省南部（Sindh）的贾姆肖罗区(Jamshoro)，地处印度河河西岸，距离海德巴拉32公里，占地700多英亩（2.8平方公里）。
Cadet College Petaro is unprecedented educational institution for Pakistan particularly for Sindh province. Where students not only given formal education but also physical training to meet the challenges of the health and onward selection in the Armed Forces.
这所学院在巴基斯坦，特别是辛德省是史无前例的，因为学生不仅可以接受正规教育，还接受身体素质训练，以应对军队健康体检和向上选拔人才的挑战。
The college also focuses on extra-curricular activities to motivate students to boost their talent in every field of the life. In this regard college on different occasions organized functions where student exhibit their talent of dance, singing and performance in the shape of acting.
除此之外，学院也注重与开展课外活动，鼓励学生在生活的各个领域里发挥潜能，为此利用多种机会组织活动，学生可以展示他们的唱歌跳舞和表演天分。
Keeping in view the talent of the students, college intends to give opportunity to our students to participate at international level. In this regard by availing the opportunity offered by Chinese Consulate at Karachi, to participate in 2017 Hainan (21st –Century maritime Silk Road) Choir Festival at Haikou, China. A group of 37 students 01 music instructor and 02 faculty members has been formed.It may be mentioned that the group has already performed in extra-curricular activities on various occasions at campus and outside the campus and brought laurels for the college.
为了充分发挥学生天分，学院计划为学生提供机会参加国际比赛。得益于中国驻卡拉奇使馆提供的机会，合唱团将参加在中国海口举办的2017海南（21世纪海上丝绸之路）合唱节。这支合唱团由37名学生、1名音乐指导老师和2名学院成员组成，曾多次在学校内外参加比赛和活动表演，为学院赢得许多荣誉。
Among them worth to mention is the visit of Chinese Consulate H.E Mr. Wang Yu on the occasion of award of Scholarship-2017 to the outstanding students of the college who performed well in Chinese Language learning.
值得一提的是，中国驻卡拉奇总领事王愚先生曾到访我校参加2017年奖学金颁奖活动，为中文学习优秀的杰出学生颁发奖学金。
As for as the combination of performance of group is concerned, it is pertinent to mention that professional music instructor is conducting coaching classes to prepare students for the above mentioned festival. This professional training to students will obviously sharpens the hidden talent.
就合唱团表演，有必要一提的是专业音乐指导老师正开展培训课程为学生参加2017海南（21世纪海上丝绸之路）合唱节做足准备，这种专业训练将卓有成效地强化学生的能力。
Mr.Muhammad Zafar Laghari is an educationist, researcher, practitioner, and teacher by profession, and offering professional services for more than (22) years. He is having M.phil in Education, M.Ed and M.A English Literature from University of Sindh, Jamshoro. He has much valuable jobs related training at Agha Khan University,SPELT, Oxford Press, etc on his credentials. He has worked as a teacher, House-Master (hostel In-charge for 14 Years), Officer In-charge Language Lab for 18 Years. He has been member of Appointment Committee of Teachers for 08 years.
He has visited big cities and Educational Institutions of Pakistan along with Cadets as a Group Leader. Has been interviewed by PTV twice as an educationist, and interviewed twice by FM 105 as an Educationist.
Mr. Muhammad Zaffar Laghari has strong academic background. He knows English, Urdu, and Sindhi languages. He is also a writer of Sindhi book and has written articles on various topics throughout his Career.
Muhammad Zafar Laghari先生是一名教育家、研究院、实践者及专业教师，从事专业工作逾20载， 巴基斯坦信德大学哲学硕士、教育学硕士和英语文学硕士，拥有在阿富汗大学、巴基斯坦英语教师协会、牛津出版社等相关的培训经历并获得证书。他曾当过老师，宿管，负责过管理语言实验室长达18年之久，同时，还是8年的教师委任委员会会员。担任团长时，他访问了巴基斯坦的许多大城市和教育机构，曾以教育家身份分别接受过2次美国华夏电视台PTV电视台和FM105采访。Muhammad Zaffar Laghari先生拥有强大的学术背景，掌握英语、乌尔都语和信德语，出版过信德语书和许多关于职业生涯的文章。
